STS is the principal trainer and founder of STS Academia, where he delivers training and consultancy in Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and Patient Safety for healthcare organizations in Singapore and the region.His professional background includes more than a decade as the Chief Infection Control Officer for a leading private hospital group, where he also lectured at the organization’s hospital college. Additionally, he served for 10 years as an Adjunct Lecturer with Flinders University’s Master of Health Administration program in Singapore.With a strong foundation in both operational practice and adult learning, he is dedicated to supporting healthcare teams in strengthening safety culture, improving care standards, and applying evidence-based practices in their daily work.

Ms. Josey Koh, is ACTA certified, a Life Coach, and an Enneagram Practitioner who has worked with adults from all walks of life. She has delivered soft skills training online and face-to-face for more than 1,000 hours and is glad that her participants enjoyed her sessions. As an Enneagram Practitioner, she trained her coachee and guided them when they needed clarity at work and in their personal life. The positive feedback from her participants has kept her going and that makes her want to reach out to more learners.

Dr. Jafy Lok

Finance & Logistics Expert

Dr. Jafy Lok is an associate professor in logistics management, operations management, and quality management for undergraduates, masters, and Ph.D. courses at a leading university in the Philippines. He is also a fellow/associate member of over 10 professional accountancy bodies globally including the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (FISCA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA). Dr. Lok decided to share his knowledge and experience in both educational institutes with the next generation and in the workplace with adult learners. Dr. Lok is currently pursuing the MLPD to enhance the educational pathway for industry practitioners and occupational experts as an educational leader.

Mike Ng

Mr. Mike Ng, ACA, BFP, CA (Singapore), is a Microsoft Excel Expert. He is a passionate accountant and an Excel enthusiast, with more than 10 years of accounting experience and more than 25 years of Excel experience. He started his career as an external auditor at a Big 4 public accounting firm and managed a big portfolio consisting of clients from the real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and trading industries. In his most recent appointment as a financial controller of a commercial firm, he spearheads the full spectrum of finance functions. Apart from his wealth of finance experience, he is involved in ERP implementation projects. He has also conducted numerous in-house training in his previous roles.

Angela Wong

Social Media & Digital Marketing Expert

Ms. Angela Wong is an accomplished trainer for both soft skills courses, such as Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Service Innovation, and, hard skills courses, such as. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Basic to Advanced) and, Photoshop. She has conducted Corporate Training for companies, such as Batam Fast Ferry, City Tours Singapore, Mindef, and Singapore Police Force (SPF). She had conducted WSQ classes and assessments and conducted ICT courses in Schools, such as Microsoft Word, video making.
